After making the trip arrangements with Himalayan Pathways, you must pay a booking deposit to confirm reservation. With this deposit we are able to make arrangements that are vital like permits, accommodation, transportation and guides well in advance of the trip.
The amount of your deposits will be clearly explained to you prior to your confirmation of your booking. The deposit itself is a minor part of the overall trip price and will be adjusted to fit your payments at the end. Making the deposit is a confirmation of your booking and it will enable us to proceed with the preparation of the trip.
You can pay the remaining portion of travel later and closer to the date of travelling. In most instances, tourists can settle the balance once they reach Nepal, either using cash or any other means of agreed payment. This gives flexibility and does not involve sending of all the amount upfront.

Direct payments to our bank account are possible by travelers. Banking information will be sent after confirming your booking. A secure form of payment is bank transfer, but note that the payments made by banks or intermediaries may have extra charges. All transfer charges are asked to be paid by the travelers in order to get the whole booking cost.
We also accept credit and debit cards as well as online payment. It is quick and convenient to those travelers who would rather pay in their home country. It should be noted that the processing fee applied by the payment gateway when making online payments is usually a minor charge.
Payment in cash is made after arrival in Nepal. We take Nepalese Rupee, US Dollars, Euros and British Pounds. When paying in foreign currency, the travelers must make sure that the notes are clean and in excellent shape as demanded by the local banks.
